The Country School closest to Block's Point
The picture above is the old Country School that was located at the now County Road 4 and 475th intersection. . .this can also be seen on the plat map on the top of the Blog Page. This is all the information I could find on this. . .I do know that this was the school many attended locally. . .My Aunt Joy (Larson) Edwards attended when she was 6 years of age before they moved to Mankato, MN.
